2nd visit : This time, I came for their cafe. Super crowded. They have interesting cake & drinks selection, but it's not as good as how it looks. Drinks are unique but not very acceptable. I tried the spicy orange. It's award winning, but it's really weird to make it into a drink. Maybe if it's in a smaller serving, it'll be better. The toddy palm creme brulee is too intense, sweet & milky. Thai tea with glutinous rice is quite good. 1st visit : I've been looking forward to them reopening their restaurant & it's finally here. Tried their cafe food & was impressed with their flavours, so I've been aiming for this place to get back to business. Their food never disappoints. The flavours are unique & rich. You'll be so impressed when u have your first mouthful. Prices are on the higher side, but it's all worth it. Ingredients used are fresh. Service is good but the downturn is they don't speak English so it's quite hard to communicate. The dining area is spacious & comfortable with some dim light, making me a romantic place. The restaurant is located at level 2. Their cafe is just at the bottom & they also have a rooftop...

Disappointed. They need to work on their service quality. I ordered at 11:07. And the coffee came at 11:32. It took them almost 30 minutes to make a simple cup of coffee latte. The customer experience isn’t pleasant at all. Look at the picture. My receipt was on the table, and the servant girl came and slipped the coffee tray under my receipt, and she left. The customer experience is not satisfying yet. As a regular customer of the other branch, I hope the owners can investigate and improve the service quality.
