Very old and dated hotel. our first impression when walking into the room the first time is the smell urgghgghh disgusting like a place where local prostitutes would hang out lol. room size is decent but not hygenic as i found old pair of socks next to the fridge. pillows have hairs on it! no coffee or tea. and the worst no iron! what kind of hotel has no iron?? even when requested front office says they don't even have it! what??! the bed is on the firm side and not comfy. same goes with the pillows. maybe this hotel was decent back in the days but too bad the management didn't care about making it better and renovate since hatyai is the go to for Malaysians albeit i myself prefer Bangkok as there are more things and places to do. my advice if you're looking for a place to stay in hatyai, please skip this place and spend a bit more and stay at a better place for peace of mind. we regretted our stay here and went looking for other hotels especially Centara but sold out. lesson learned.

I recently stayed at Kosit Hotel in Hatyai, and sadly, my experience was not a pleasant one. Here’s an honest breakdown of the pros and cons: Cons: • The hotel is extremely outdated, with a musty smell and old, unmaintained furniture throughout. • Cleanliness was unacceptable. I found half-eaten bread inside one of the drawers, which was evidence of poor housekeeping. • The toilet was in bad condition, with a very gross and unhygienic bathtub. • The bed was large, but I developed rashes all over my body, suggesting it wasn’t clean. • The car park was very small, with limited spaces, causing inconvenience for drivers. • Outside the hotel, tuk-tuks with loud, blaring music could be heard at times, disrupting the peace. • The room lighting was very dim and made the space feel even less inviting. Pros: • The staff provided friendly and polite service, which was a small positive in an otherwise disappointing stay.

So far about room, room is quite old but still clean. Space room not small, just have some dusk at carpet. Overall staff quite friendly and easy to talk. Location also strategic and near viral place. You just can walk to any place. KunThai massage shop in everywhere when more darkness in the city, carefully if your husband go somewhere for long time at night but if go out with you is ok 😂. Overall for last minute trip it seem ok for staying in here. If come at school holidays, car parking is limited because fullhouse guest.

Fantastic Hotel, with a bathtub for around 680 - 780 Bhat. Not very expensive compared with other hotels i check out before staying at Kosit. Very calm street in front of the hotel i can say, not the kind where its bustling with tourist. Friendly staffs. The concierge guy will help u with anything u want, from info to even getting u extra's. Very near to shopping, out from the hotel turn left, about half a km u'll find the shopping for a mile plus. Get a map from the concierge guy & pin point Kosit Hotel, keep central point & take walk around Hatyai. Staying very near to the show can be good like near Lee Garden Plaza but hotels around are expensive & people walking around all the time makes me...
