WORST EVER RESTAURANT!! EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

Appalling Service at Washington Restaurant.

I am writing to express my outrage and disappointment at the disgraceful behavior of your staff during our recent dinner visit. The aggressive and exploitative tipping demands left a sour taste in our mouths.

After paying, we were accosted by a large group of singers and waitresses (over 10-20 individuals) who swarmed us like vultures, begging for tips. Despite giving a generous 1000 baht, they continued to harass us for more. Even the door staff joined in, refusing to let us leave without additional payment.

Your staff's brazen behavior was humiliating and disrespectful, making us feel like suckers. I warn others to beware of this restaurant's exploitative tactics. Until Washington Restaurant trains their staff to respect customers' boundaries, I doubt they will see...

Many choice of locals and Chinese food. The dining table are very closely arranged leaving only narrow walkway, I guess they expect crowd to take over more dine table. This place is definitely not conducive for a young family with children or any family gathering dinner. It is a very noisy eatery environment. Can’t have any decent conversations, unless you shout or have a very loud voice. The tour group and local singer with all the echo sound may speed you to finish your meal as soon as possible. The food and service is not bad but we were surrounded by about 10 in - house singer. They kept on pestering us for tips which we think is ridiculous. At last we have to give in out of sympathy. It didn't end there, ther were waitress and waiter also demanded tips from us. At last we end up paying over RM 200 just for tips amd RM 500 for food. This will be the last time...
