If you’re tired of the mainstream tourist filled restaurants, this is an authentic Thai, family-run restaurant with some of if not the best food we had during our 2 week stay in Koh Samui. Don’t be put off at first glance, as it is a traditional, rustic appearance. When we arrived, we almost decided to go somewhere else but luckily I convinced my family to go and all of us enjoyed the food very much.

The pepper garlic prawns are 100% the best prawns we had on the island, and the boneless pork was also a standout meal. Everything we ordered was at a very high quality despite very good prices.

The wife who served us made us feel extremely welcomed and her husband, the chef, did an all round amazing job.

We would absolutely recommend this restaurant! I honestly can say that some of my favorite meals that we had on our trip to Thailand were from here. Although it looks small from the front, we loved that there was plenty of room to sit and enjoy our meal, including the tables right on the beach. We came at night and couldn't pass up the chance to have a romantic candlelit dinner on the beach! I ordered the creamy coconut chicken soup and it was absolutely incredible. We didn't have much time on the island, but I would have definitely been back often just for the soup! They also had excellent mango sticky rice, which is always a plus. A lovely little low key restaurant by the water owned & run by what we believe to be mother & daughter. Coming here we didn’t know what to expect considering the stigma of food in Asian countries. The fact is we were blown away by the flavour of the food, the beauty of the location & the welcoming & hospitable nature of the friendly hosts. Whether you’re a carnivore or vegetarian there are a variety of options available & they all deliver on taste. Highly recommend the garlic butter scallops :). We recommend this place to all who ask & consider it a staple of dining options when in Koh Samui
