Ann Restaurant — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

I'm puzzled by the 4.8-star rating because my recent visit to Ann Restaurant was a huge letdown. We ordered several dishes, and they were all terrible—they were loaded with MSG and poorly cooked, especially the seafood. The service was no better—the guy handling everything, from taking orders to serving drinks, seemed like he hated his job and life in general. With so many fantastic Thai restaurants on the island, there's absolutely no reason to waste your time and money at Ann Restaurant. Neither the food nor the service...

Good food and great menu, we have been there several times. The prices are a little higher than other thai restaurants. However we wont be back after our most recent experience.

The restaurant allows people to smoke weed and cigarettes, which unfortunately make normal people sick and nauseous when eating food. Have never experienced a restaurant that thinks smoking while eating is okay.

Really lovely little place to eat in Koh Phangan. We were looking for somewhere cheap with good vegetarian and non vegetarian food with a good atmosphere.
