Croissant & Ko — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

Excited to try the ice-creams today, especially as there is mint-choc-chip ( my absolute favorite) and got to try the salted caramel & rum raisin, all three flavours are great. Ice cream is not overly creamy or too iced, good balance of both, waffle cones are not too sweet, not distracting from ice cream. The coffee (I had an espresso, my husband a latte) is dark, rich, slightly chocolate flavoured, not acidic (my preference) giving a rich smooth taste. I had a pan au Chocolat which was the size of my face lol! Really nice, not too rich but with a good butteryness to it. I was quite full after having these.

Cafe itself is open, clean and plenty space, inside clean and we'll set out, staff are super friendly and encouraging to try all the flavours of ice cream 😊😆

Croissant & Ko quickly became one of my favourite little finds in Koh Tao. I tried their English breakfast, which I’d give a solid 8/10 hearty, well done, and satisfying. But what really stole my heart were the desserts. The salted caramel gelato ice cream was pure bliss, rich yet refreshing, and the carrot cake was the kind that makes you close your eyes with every bite moist, flavourful, and just the right amount of sweetness.

The vibe is cozy, the presentation is thoughtful, and it’s the kind of place where you can happily linger over coffee and something sweet. For me, Croissant & Ko will always be remembered as the spot for dessert...
