Food Factory Koh Phangan — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

Easily the best tasting burger on Koh Phangan. Miles above the rest and I've tried all the self proclaimed best burgers on the island. The burgers are definitely made from Wagyu beef. They do, however, have a big issue with consistency when it comes to their patties. Half the time, you'll get served a perfect burger. The bun is always soft and fresh, the condiments are spot on. The patty will always be tasty but the big problem is that it will sometimes have large pieces of improperly ground beef fat inside. I don't know if they grind their beef in house or buy it pre ground. Either way, for quality control and consistency, I wish that they ran the mince through a grinder one extra time (at the same sized grind) to get rid of those unpleasant pieces of beef fat. The burmese staff are friendly and professional. You'll never see them on their phone, checking Facebook which is refreshing. The whole place is run like a well oiled machine. The menus, logos, interior and marketing is all beautifully and professionally designed. I've seen the owners train their staff and it was like military boot camp. They obviously know what they're doing. The Pizzas are good but not the best on the island imho. I wouldn't expect them to be either. One of the best burger spots on the island. At first I was skeptical as to how good the food would be as there seems to be a large variety on the menu and my thought was that they can’t do all of the varieties well! I am very glad that they proved me wrong! For the burgers I recommend both the Uncle Sam as well as the Blue Cheese burger! Proof of how tasty the food is is that I ate my entire burger before remembering that I should take a photo for review 😅

The Thai food is also good for a good price - recommend the sun dried pork as a snack while watching any of the sports games on their large screen TV.

There is a really good offering of sports to watch as well! During game breaks there are also pool tables that you can use.

Lastly, the staff are super attentive and sweet and really do their best to cater to your needs!

Amazing place and great staff that work very hard and have great customer service!!! We came here a few times over the week we were visiting koh phangan and this place didn’t disappoint!💕the food is amazing the pizza is too die for and they have very reasonable prices ☺️also Me, my boyfriend and my brother came here to ask if we could watch our local team play football on the tv as they got through to playing at Wembley!!!😍 they couldn’t find it at first so we watched it from our phone and as half time passed they managed to get it onto the tv!!!
