Grand Cafe — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

This place is mediocre. Not sure why it gets good reviews honestly. I ordered the scramble with espume parmesan. Espume means foam. What came was a cream sauce, not foam, and it turned the scramble into a soggy mess. Also, I ordered 5 ingredients to be in the scramble. They scrambled 3 of them in, and left two of them on the side...just why? I also asked what kind of bread it comes with. The server said brown bread so I ordered that for an additional charge. What came was white sourdough bread, and when I asked about it, she said it's "like" brown bread. Yeah right! I will not come back...

We absolutely loved this place. They do an amazing latte and the food is brilliant. We highly recommend the grand crepes and anything with the raspberry jam 😅 we had dinner and a breakfast and loved both - pad Thai was lovely and the poached eggs are insane! The service is always lovely and you can buy a little weed from the shop next door and smoke whilst ordering from the restaurant. This was so so convenient 🩷 when we come back to Samui we’re definitely coming back here for an afternoon! Thank you for making our time so...

Grand Café is a gem! The food is absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We loved every bite. The coffee is also excellent, one of the best we've had on the island!
