Handsome Sandwiches — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

If I could put more than 5 stars I would! We first visited Handsome Sanwhiches back in 2009 and fell in love with the place then! Mama makes THE best burgers. We went back again earlier this year and ate there everyday. Not only are the burgers awesome but the entire family are SO LOVELY. My partner and I call Mama our Thai grandma, they make us feel so at home and special when we are there. This time round we also got to meet Mr Handsome himself, which was so exciting, felt like meeting a celebrity to us! Our son had a lot of fun playing with their children in the restaurant. Can't wait to go back...

But the best comes for last: the friendliest and loveliest staff in the world!! They touched our heart so much!!!! So much, that I must cry on Saturday, when I must said goodbye!

We had our best fries ever on Koh Phangan at handsome sandwiches! The fries are self made, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside! The burger was very fresh, the bun warm and roasted and all the ingredients had the perfect amount. We even had to order a second burger for my boyfriend because, we couldn’t get enough of that amazing taste. The owner is very kind and friendly and we enjoyed our conversations a lot. We ate mango sticky rice for dessert and watermelon and can totally recommend getting a dessert...
