The food took very long to arrive, I got the wrong dish and it was cold, so I told them immediately, but they didn’t want to change it even though I asked them to. Another ~15 min of me waiting go by before I eventually start eating anyways because I was hungry and no solution seemed to be in sight.

After I was done it seemed like they realized the mistake and came to apologize and asked if I wanted something for desert. Which to me sounded like they were offering it to me free of charge to compensate for not getting what I ordered. But of course when I get the check I see they charged me for that too. Our favourite place on Koh Phangan!! We were hoping for a beach day but were severely disappointed with the beaches in the area; none of them were swimmable. We decided to look for a place with a pool and a bar and we luckily found this on google while next door. We ended up staying for 6 hours, getting tons of drinks and their delicious homemade pizzas! They use all fresh ingredients in their drinks instead of syrups and they had some unique drinks like the spicy Tom yum and the passion fruit red chili. They also have plenty of fresh lychee drinks. The view was sensational. However, the crying babies ruined the whole experience. I couldn't enjoy my breakfast in peace with one toddler beside my table crying frantically constantly. I ordered the avocado sourdough with vegan feta cheese as I don't eat eggs, which was the main option. They charge an extra 40B to have no egg and the cheese instead, which doesn't make sense. After ordering, I waited 45 minutes for my breakfast to arrive. I was highly disappointed after waiting so long to receive 1 piece of toast, and I still felt hungry afterwards.
