For the restaurant representative who asked to know the details of my experience (which I appreciate the inquiry on their behalf) đđť
Several issues - from service, to transparency/honesty and quality of ingredients.
First time I came, most of the staff were very kind and friendly except for the female cashier who was giving me some serious attitude - she was just cold and far from friendly as the other staff members. Extremely unpleasant.
I ordered the fruit sorbets after I was told by that same cashier that there was no regular white sugar in it, only coconut syrup; dishonesty right there because I specifically asked if there was white sugar in it.
I had a very unpleasant reaction in my body the days following so I sent a message on IG asking the full list of ingredients in the sorbets. What I received in response was quite upsetting⌠Not only that they use regular sugar, it also contains a fruit stabilizer and glucose syrup. This wouldnât be a big deal if they didnât claim it to be all natural; itâs not. And for someone like me, thatâs not cool at all. Staff must know whatâs in the food theyâre serving or at least check with the kitchen when a costumer asks specific questions.
When I returned yesterday and stood by the bar area, I was literally ignored for almost 10 min. I intentionally didnât say anything because I wanted to see if someone would have at least acknowledge my presence⌠but no, nothing. So I just left.
Iâm giving 1 star to the few kind servers who were there during my...

We had been coming to this cafĂŠ for almost two years. During that time, our orders were often forgotten, and we had to wait much longer than reasonable. Out of loyalty, we kept turning a blind eye to it.
Today, I waited 40 minutes for my order. The manager came over, apologized, and offered not to charge me â it seemed they were at least acknowledging their mistake. I was already feeling my blood sugar dropping, and when the food finally arrived, I asked if it was really plant-based meat â because it looked undercooked, and tasted exactly like that: as if it had just been thawed and barely cooked on the pan.
The manager tried to say something in English, and I politely used a translator to say: âThis plant-based meat is very poorly cooked, it looks raw and tastes raw too.â After that, no one came back to me. No reaction, no solution â just silence, as if they were waiting for me to swallow my disappointment and leave.
The bun was fine, no complaints. But the patty clearly had been thrown together in a rush and slapped on the pan last minute â because the order simply hadnât been passed to the kitchen in time. This wasnât just a mistake. It was a complete lack of attention to the customer.
I donât care about the offer to not pay. I didnât come for free food â I came for proper service, and I paid for it at a premium price. But apparently, even basic standards are a...
