💸 Premium Prices, Zero Standards 😢 We had been coming to this café for almost two years. During that time, our orders were often forgotten, and we had to wait much longer than reasonable. Out of loyalty, we kept turning a blind eye to it. Today, I waited 40 minutes for my order. The manager came over, apologized, and offered not to charge me — it seemed they were at least acknowledging their mistake. I was already feeling my blood sugar dropping, and when the food finally arrived, I asked if it was really plant-based meat — because it looked undercooked, and tasted exactly like that: as if it had just been thawed and barely cooked on the pan. The manager tried to say something in English, and I politely used a translator to say: “This plant-based meat is very poorly cooked, it looks raw and tastes raw too.” After that, no one came back to me. No reaction, no solution — just silence, as if they were waiting for me to swallow my disappointment and leave. The bun was fine, no complaints. But the patty clearly had been thrown together in a rush and slapped on the pan last minute — because the order simply hadn’t been passed to the kitchen in time. This wasn’t just a mistake. It was a complete lack of attention to the customer. I don’t care about the offer to not pay. I didn’t come for free food — I came for proper service, and I paid for it at a premium price. But apparently, even basic standards are a problem here.

I visit this place daily. Clean and well decorated, fast wifi, and modern/upscale design. Now to the important part..COFFEE! The coffee is consistent, clean and free of mycotoxin! The quality is on par if not surpassing Western coffee shops. The staff are some of the friendliest people I've met while traveling Thailand. The women working the register are polite, beautiful and kind, always welcoming with a smile. The men of the staff are sincere, accommodating, and always smiling. "Good morning brother" is how I'm always greeted, along with a smile that is genuine. This place feels like a second home where I can take my time, have a great cup of coffee and truly relax. One more thing.. the barista.. best I've run into..in Thailand and even surpassing those in the USA. He is incredibly consistent and every latte, Americano, Thai style iced coffee I've ordered has been PERFECT. Not just good, or excellent...Perfect. I don't use that word often or lightly. Indigo is a rare gem that I'm greatful to have found. Additional info: bathrooms are modern and clean, there are many seating options from lower level outdoor, to indoor and my favorite, upstairs outdoor terrace. There are delicious pastries baked daily, homemade bread and a full food menu available that's suitable for vegans and vegetarians, but also inclusive of things like eggs etc. Great for every one.

My partner and I visited in 2022 as Thailand was opening back up post pandemic, and it was quiet but great. We've now come back in 2025 and still love it, even if it's much busier than before. For a start, Indigo has great vegan and non-vegan food, the service is always top notch and everything is delivered with a smile. Grabbing takeaway coffee and pastries in the morning is super easy, and the vibes at lunch make it a nice place to sit in the shade and people watch after time in the sun. Finally, we've loved the variety of the menu, including all of the different cuisines and unique takes on coffee. The cocount coffee in particular was fabulous. My only criticism would be that I'd love some more traditional Thai food on the menu, but that's mainly because I'd love to try Indigo's take on papaya salad!!

For the restaurant representative who asked to know the details of my experience (which I appreciate the inquiry on their behalf) 👇🏻

Several issues - from service, to transparency/honesty and quality of ingredients.

First time I came, most of the staff were very kind and friendly except for the female cashier who was giving me some serious attitude - she was just cold and far from friendly as the other staff members. Extremely unpleasant.

I ordered the fruit sorbets after I was told by that same cashier that there was no regular white sugar in it, only coconut syrup; dishonesty right there because I specifically asked if there was white sugar in it.

I had a very unpleasant reaction in my body the days following so I sent a message on IG asking the full list of ingredients in the sorbets. What I received in response was quite upsetting… Not only that they use regular sugar, it also contains a fruit stabilizer and glucose syrup. This wouldn’t be a big deal if they didn’t claim it to be all natural; it’s not. And for someone like me, that’s not cool at all. Staff must know what’s in the food they’re serving or at least check with the kitchen when a costumer asks specific questions.

When I returned yesterday and stood by the bar area, I was literally ignored for almost 10 min. I intentionally didn’t say anything because I wanted to see if someone would have at least acknowledge my presence… but no, nothing. So I just left.

I’m giving 1 star to the few kind servers who were there during my...
