We waited 50 minutes for two simple fruit shakes, despite reminding the server three times. Each time, we were told they were busy, which was clearly not true as the place was far from crowded. Eventually, we found out that the server had simply forgotten to enter our order. When we asked to speak to a manager, the cashier was incredibly rude, claiming that there was no manager and that we had to pay, despite the fact that we had been left waiting for nearly an hour for two drinks.
