We’ve tried to visit this restaurant two times. For the first time, we were 4 families with kids, and been told by the owner that they cannot have us because we are too many people and there isn’t enough space. I understood and we left. I came again to the restaurant a week later with my friend. We were two adults and 2 children. We came inside and sat down looking at the menu. Our children were playing next to us. The owner kept starring at us with an unpleased face. Then he came to us and told us we need to leave baceuse we cannot control our children. That was really upsetting since our children honestly didn’t do anything to justify this behavior of the owner. I must add that the restaurant was empty with no clients. On the restaurant’s description on google it says “fit for children”. We’ll it’s defiantly not ! It seems that the owner doesn’t like children and they don’t except children at all. Families be aware. I really like Japanese food but I am a mother with children so I cannot eat there....

This old japanese man inside there touched our daughter so hard that me as father nearly start to book a straight ticket to hospital for him, BECAUSE he want to put 2 tables together for new customer where the 3 year old kid just played between!! He didn’t care that she‘s a very small person and just took her on her shoulder and kind of throw her out from there!!
We really enjoyed this place before because they really make the best sushi on the island, but it can never be so good, even it‘s also very expensive, that there’s any sorry for touch a customer in this way! I don’t care nationalities but i will never excuse a bad treatment...

I love Japan and Japanese food, and this was the perfect example. We had the pork Katsu, Tuna sushi and a bowl of Ramen. All amazing standards and very friendly staff that make the atmosphere perfect. 😊 Ignore the bad reviews - there are many people living on Phangan with feral kids who are notoriously bad parents that neglect their duties (iPad parents)😂. Most restaurant owners dislike them as they are that bad and some have taken good measures by producing a code of conduct before entering which...
