เธอ ฉันมาเจอร้านอาหารลับที่เกาะสมุย(ที่บอกลับ เพราะร้านหายากมาก) กว่าจะหาทางเข้าเจอ 😫 เป็นร้านที่คนพื้นที่ชอบมา ที่นี่เป็นร้านอาหารใต้พื้นเมืองแบบ slow cook สโลว์จริงๆ เพราะที่นี่มีพ่อครัว 1 คน แม่ครัว 1 คน แค่นั้น เค้าทำทีละจาน แบบไปเรื่อยๆ เสิร์ฟกันเอง

ที่นี่เค้าไม่มีเมนูนะ แต่เค้าจะมาบอกว่าวันนี้ได้วัตถุดิบอะไรมา เช่น อาหารทะเล อาหารป่า ผักเอยใดๆ แล้วเราก็ถามเค้าว่าวัตถุดิบที่มีสามารถปรุงเป็นเมนูอะไรได้บ้าง หรือให้เค้าแนะนำก็ได้

วันนี้เราโชคดี ได้ชิมเมนูปลาจาระเม็ดทอดกระเทียม กุ้งผัดกะปิ แกงเหลืองปลากระพง ปลาสดมากๆ แบบมากๆ รสชาติพื้นบ้านขนานแท้ และที่ชอบมากคือ เค้าจะแถม ชุดน้ำพริกแห้ง/น้ำปลาพริก ที่มาพร้อมกับผักสด ให้เลยโต๊ะละชุด น้ำพริกแห้งอร่อยมาก รสชาติแปลกลิ้นดี ยิ่งจิ้มกับผักสดๆ คือสวรรค์
