tl/dr - good in person, and terrible on foodpanda.

I've had three very different experiences with Shade and coffee.

The first was in person, and it was great. 5 stars.

The second was on foodpanda, where it Shade had multiple delays and it took them 35 minutes to make 2 coffees. The delivery was only 3 minutes once they got around to making them. 3 stars.

The third was also on foodpanda, where Shade had accepted the order, then had multiple delays, and then finally ended up cancelling my order saying they ran out of the dish (which was 2 coffees...?). 0 stars.

Overall 2 stars. I think they're great if you go in person, and terrible if you try on foodpanda.

SHADE has become my go-to spot for coffee; Mr.Bank, the owner, is not only gentle but has created a place beyond expectations. From the exquisite decorations to the flavorful "Nan-Ethiopia" Ice Americano & Latte, each sip feels like a journey into coffee heaven. The staff, especially N.Bank, is attentive and remembers your preferences, reflecting their genuine passion for what they do.
