Siri’s Island Café — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

Wow! Siri is a true chef that cares about her customer’s experience. After several weeks in Thailand some meals may taste standard to one another but this one stands out as the only restaurant I felt like leaving a review for. The dishes are unique and full of flavor. Siri uses her influences from northern Thailand fused with the local elements of the southern islands to create some exceptional dishes like the Barracuda Khao Soi and Yellow Curry with Passion Fruit. The real unique standouts though were the Pomelo Salad and Banana Blossom Salad. She has curated many of these dishes from customer requests or island flavors around her and it is exceptional to witness a chef like this.

One important note is that currently it is just Siri in the kitchen so it may take some time for you to get your food but I promise if you are willing to wait for it you will be more than satisfied...

If you’re looking to treat yourself and explore the flavors of Northern Thai cuisine, Siri’s Café is the perfect place. Siri and her lovely team are exceptionally kind-hearted Thais, and their cooking is nothing short of amazing. 💛

Without long waiting times, you’ll be served authentic specialties bursting with flavor: – Pomelo salad with a delicious twist – Banana blossom salad – an unforgettable taste experience – and my absolute favorite: Khao Soi with Barracuda – simply divine!

These are my top three dishes, and I can only recommend them to anyone visiting the island. If it’s your first time on Koh Phangan, Siri is a must! And once you’ve been – just like me – you’ll keep coming back again and again.

The place looked very peaceful. There was good music playing and it wasn’t too loud at all🫶🏽 The food was really good I absolutely loved what my bff ordered which was the yellow fried noodles! I embarrassed myself a lot by letting out a scream when I noticed a giganormous bug on my leg. My bff was struggling to get it off of me since the bug was gripped to my pants. However, one of the employee picked the bug up very easily. I’m so thankful for him. My hero frfr (I’m just joking… the bug wasn’t dangerous at all).
