This is my third time in Thailand and I found good places to have beautiful food before. But this time, travelling through Bangkok, Chiang Rai and Koh Phangan it was very difficult finding a place which didn't adapt its style to tourists, that it's clean, that it's cooking on the street (practically) and that it's not taking advantage of touristic prices. Usually I like cooking Thai food at home and I use a lot of passion and the best ingredients I can find around my area. But tonight I'm having the most beautiful, and delicate at the same time, Thai Green Curry I ever had!! I asked the gentle lady what her secret was in cooking it and she revealed it to me...but I'm not telling you, otherwise you wouldn't come and try it on your own. P.S. Ying Ying also does laundry and rents...

When you're feeling I'll as a short term tourist with the inevitable stomach problems that come with adjusting to somewhere new you can always rely on Yings Kitchen to cook you the most carefully prepared and clean food. As well as clean, the food here is definitely in my top 3 in the whole of Thailand. I spend a lot of time in Thailand so I know my Thai food very well - Everyone that visits this place always returns!
Try the chicken garlic pepper or yings twist on a masamman is one of my favorites too. Definitely have a banana coconut shake - puts any McDonald's...
