Amazing accommodation at a 1 minute walk from the beach.

What stands out with these Villas is the care the owners put into the property. They are brand new (as of 2023), but more importantly they are built with quality. Windows and doors are airtight, no water damage anywhere despite heavy tropical rains, gardens have a proper water management system that channels rainwater away.

Regular cleaning of the villa, pool and garden.

The villa is nicely equiped with a quality rice cooker, oven, microwave, stove. But also an adjustable standing desk (electric) and proper desk chair. Very fast internet; 300+mbit WiFi.

Warm running water from the shower at any time of day, never runs out.

Cherry on top: owners very friendly and helpful. They live close by and are at the property all the time to make sure everything...

A truly home away from home!

I visited Koh Phangan with my husband and a 10 month old baby. We booked Bougain Villas because of its location which is just a 2 min walk from the beautiful Salad beach.

The owner Ms Rekha made sure everything was available that made our stay comfortable and lovely. Her property is baby friendly. She gave us baby high chair which made feeding easy! There is a 7/11 store near the property so bringing stuff wasnt a problem plus the kitchen was functional. Initially we had planned to stay for 3 days but we extended our stay by 2 days, such was the place.
