Reggae Garden Villas — Hotel in Ko Pha Ngan

We loved this place so much that when I told my girlfriend I'm writing a review her response was "don't do it, then it won't be available when we come back." It's perfect. We stayed in "Room Papa". It served all of our needs.

It has an outdoor kitchen / dining room, our own private entrance where we parked our scooter, all the amenities to cook and live. Then inside there is a separated area with a couch with a big TV and a desk, a separation curtain to the bedroom area and then a bathroom attached. It's got some really nice features like under the bed mood lighting and interesting paintings as well as plant fixtures. The internet is perfect and the one time it cut out their employee Jo helped us out quickly.

We loved it here and are hoping to come back for a couple...

I had breakfast here, so my review only deals with that aspect.

The Reggae Breakfast was quite good, even with the use of Hot dogs( Frankfurters) for sausages. Bacon was thick and a touchunder done. Eggs cooked over easy perfectly. It came with cold fries as well Beans were basic, as was the toast, 260bht for the set including instant coffee and fresh orange juice. touch spendy but filled the belly. I will be back one day to check out the night time scene and live music. The drinks prices were rather fair at 60-70 for a small beer and 110-140 for a large one. The bungalow is clean and well maintained. There is no air conditioning but I didn’t miss it, even in the hot season . The bungalow is located a bit high and the fresh air circulates well. There is a fridge, water boiler, plates, bowls etc ... Bathroom is ok, hot shower available. Towels available. More than expected for the price. Just a few steps away from Buddha Cafe and other small shops. However, the next 7-Eleven is not in a walking distance. You better rent a motorbike to get around more conveniently.
