Mi friends and I had the pleasure of dining at “The Corner Drinks & Food Koh Kood”on January 08, 2025, and it was a nice experience! From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the stunning decor—an elegant blend of traditional and contemporary styles that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. We had to leave the shoes at the entrance and it felt super cool and different.

The service was outstanding—friendly and attentive with us 😊. The staff made us feel right at home and were more than happy to recommend dishes and answer any questions we had.

Now, let's talk about the food! 😋 Every dish was a delicious, great flavor and nicely presented. We particularly enjoyed the Thai and seafood recommendations. The pad thai was perfectly balanced, and the fresh seafood platter was a delight for the senses. Highly recommend trying these when you visit!

One unique feature of this restaurant is the serene lake beneath it. As we enjoyed our meal on the terrace, we were treated to a mesmerizing view of giant fish swimming gracefully in the clear water. It was incredibly relaxing and added a special touch to our dining experience. 🐟

A word of advice: make sure to reserve a table in advance, especially during high season. The restaurant is quite visited, and the waiting time can be long if you don't have a reservation. You might end up waiting on the street!

After having a meal here by chance, I no longer had the desire to explore other restaurants, just as the old saying goes: "When you have something good, you don't need to look for something better." During my nearly week-long stay on the island, I dined here almost every evening. Every dish I ordered was delicious and very satisfying. The restaurant is extremely clean and tidy, with dishes not only of fresh quality but also visually appealing, with beautiful colors and exquisite taste. With my nearly thirty years of travel experience in Thailand, I can confidently say it's the best restaurant I've tasted in the country, undoubtedly surpassing Bangkok's "Blue Elephant" restaurant.

Run by a very warm and friendly Thai family, this restaurant offers such high-quality, authentic Thai cuisine, tasteful decor, and a comfortable environment. The service is very quick, and it can be hard to find a seat if you come late for dinner. Honestly, finding such a Thai restaurant with outstanding dishes and great value for money on this small island, far from Bangkok, is truly a big surprise.

Particularly noteworthy is a flower cat named Lucky, whose eyes seem to speak.

I highly recommend the papaya salad and various stir-fried seafood dishes, although every dish will surprise and delight...

This was the first time trying Khoa Soi and it tasted as good as it looks, we had a seafood Penang curry also delicious and great amount of seafood in the serving!
