Because of the HUGE number of combinations (such as grilled picanya, Wagyu, and river prawn complemented by a great many number of soups, salads, and rice dishes), I ordered bamboo shoot soup, fried fish snd sticky rice — only to be presented with a complementary salad with pungent and spicy dip, some elements of which are shown in the first picture on salad.
Must confess: I like cooking but I could not reverse engineer the flavor, aroma, and taste of the bamboo soup without cheating. How could a dozen or so mushrooms and leafy vegetables produce such a rich, thick broth is just awesome — the kind of stuff only an Iron Chef can create. Mmm… I am willing to bet there’s got to be some fermented fish sauce in there! As for the fried fish, I feel strange to call it heavenly but it is: just the right amount of flavoring and seasoning, coupled with a tangy sauce, I can eat it once a week.

It has a beautiful ambience with quiet soothing background music. My food was delicious and there is a cool little bar where you can sit and enjoy the atmosphere after your meal.
