Steak Bali — Restaurant in Ubon Ratchathani Province

This was a terrible.experience firstly the food took ages to come even though when we arrived there was only 3 other tables and two were.already eating My wives arrived after 35 minutes she had ordered a rare steak and was givena med to well done one when she asked about it was told it was correct i have done 100s of.reviews a rare steak never looks or tastes like that Nect my daughter ordered a burger and a spinach cheese and bacon dish after 55 minutes we were told they had not done the spinach dish but will give a 5% discount so my daughter was.still hungry but didnt get what she ordered mine was.last food was ok just took 55 minutes from ordering We were going to come here on my birthday in february 14 people but now we will go elswwhere I would never reccomend this place in any way one waittress 4 in the kitchen and the kitchen...

ก็เพิ่งมาครั้งแรก และก็คงจะจะไม่ได้มาอีก สั่งไป 6 อย่าง เฟร้นฟรายมาก่อน ตามด้วยสเต็ก2จาน ... "ผ่านไปเกือบ 40นาที" เริ่มใจร้อนเพราะว่ามีธุระต่อ เลยถามว่า สปาเก๊ตตี้2ที่สั่งไป ละก็ยำ ยังไม่ได้นะคะ

ช็อคกับคำตอบของ พนง ว่า (ไม่เป๊ะ แต่ใจความคือแบบนี้นะคะ)

"อ๋อ พอดีตอนนี้กำลังทำแต่สเต็กนะคะ เมนูอื่น รอนานค่ะ" ช็อคสิ รอมาเกือบ ชม. ทำไมไม่บอกตั้งแต่แรกที่สั่งไปอ่ะ... เราก็แบบ นานนี้คือ นานแค่ไหนคะ แล้วคือยังไม่เริ่มทำเลยหรอ??? คำตอบคือ "ใช่ค่ะ" แค่นี้ ...... แล้วแบบ สเต็กสองจานคือเกลี้ยงละไง หมดแล้ว

ละพี่ที่สั่งสปาเหมือนเรา ก็มีธุระรีบไปต่อ พวกเราก็เลยสั่งเช็คบิล ไม่กินละ ไม่รู้จะพูดยังไง ไปต่อไม่เป็นเลย คือไม่ทำตามออเดอร์โต๊ะ ทำตามออเดอร์เมนู แบบนี้ถ้า ลค เข้าเรื่อยๆละสั่งแต่สเต็กยาวๆไป คนสั่งเมนูอื่นมาก่อน ต้องรอกี่ ชั่วโมงถึงจะได้กินอ่ะคะ

แล้วยังมีแบบ โต๊ะที่มาทีหลังก็ได้ก่อน แบบ งง ๆ พนง ก็ดูแบบ ไม่สน ไม่แคร์ ไม่ขอโทษ ไม่ใช่ความผิด...

Been already a regular customer here for more than 6 years!! Still loving this place! They maintain their quality. Best Yam Salmon ever! Worth the price! And love the medium rare beef steak!! Will and always be coming back...
