Frankie's Bar on Arapita Avenue is one of those underrated spots that hits the mark perfectly. If you're looking for somewhere to unwind, have a proper conversation, and enjoy a well-made cocktail—this is it. The atmosphere is chill, the music isn't overpowering (you can actually hear the person next to you), and everything is easily accessible. It’s clean, relaxed, and not overcrowded. Service is friendly and the drinks are solid—nothing over-the-top, just good quality Whether you're popping in for a quick drink or need a little escape to clear your head, Frankie's is the place!

A chill bar on the most popular liming (hanging) strip (Avenue/Avenida) in Port of Spain or probably all of Trinidad. Usually popular with locals after work on a Friday and Saturday nights. Open to all walks of persons. Doesn't have much of a dance floor and is sometimes filled to capacity with many persons chilling outside the establishment enjoying the vybe and atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend if you're just looking to hang and have some beers and finger food.

Nice vibes. Cool place to hang. Came with colleagues when they had a 3 for 30 special on beers. We’re able to sit and talk and lime.

As a Trinidadian, I still don't understand the appeal to stand in the road and drink, but here I am giving this place 5⭐️'s.

Frankie's ALWAYS has a crowd, I'm not entirely sure why, but i'll guess it's for the: Very good drink prices Always a drink special Always has a crowd (people see people and come) Good music Nice ambiance

Frankie's by no means is a fancy place, but it definitely hits the spot with what Trini's like; Cheap and convenient. You don't need to dress up to come here, you can just pass by after work, start here before you go to other spots on the Avenue or just pop in...

Food was ok. I got takeaway and ate at home. I had bbq pigtail and garlic chicken. The pigtail was way too salty. It needs pre-cook in water and drain 2 or 3 times to get a lot of the salt out before bbqing. Not sure the process but it had too much salt. The chicken was tasty. But not sure why the skin was removed. That's a mistake when cooking chicken (unless it's b-less breast). Cook it skin on and take the skin off after (if you insist) otherwise the chicken...
