I had a really disappointing experience here. I ordered two dishes: one with noodles, vegetables, and chicken, and another with rice, vegetables, and chicken. I specifically told the waiter that I did not want chicken breast, and he even wrote it down—yet both meals arrived with breast meat.
I tried to get the waiter’s for at least 15 minutes, but he was nowhere to be found. In the meantime, I picked at the noodles only to realize they were undercooked and hard. With no other option, I started eating just the steamed vegetables. When I asked the cashier about the waiter, she simply said she didn’t know where he went.
When he finally returned, I explained the issue, but instead of addressing it, he fixated on the fact that I had touched my food—as if I had any choice while waiting so long! He then gave me attitude and walked off. I even noticed him and another waiter giving me dirty looks.
It took another 10 minutes for him to come back with a small empty plate and tell me to put the chicken on it. Once I did, he left again and eventually returned, without a word of apology, just placing a thigh on the table and walking away. At that point, between the bad food and terrible service, I had lost my appetite and didn't trust eating the food he returned with
I ended up paying my bill in full and leaving my meal untouched. Overall, my food was terrible, and the...
Read moreThe food was good but the experience dining with my kids wasn’t a good one. There was a small group of guys drinking and using obscene language on every sentence making it uncomfortable for my daughter. We had shrimp wontons, it was good. Also had Hong Kong chicken, jasmine rice and chunky vegetables, also good. Finally, had Singapore noodles with shrimp no curry. The noodles was also good but they forgot the shrimp. Wasn’t a problem, but the problem arose when we had to pay the bill. All the prices we good except the Singapore noodles which had no shrimp but costs $164 on the bill, when it was written on the menu for $78. The cashier neglected to honor the price as per the menu and couldn’t contact the manager for further assistance. She offered a discount as compensation but we still overpaid for the item. The manner in which she dealth with the matter was very disappointing. The waitress was very polite and understanding. It’s not the first time I’ve bought food and there was always a problem with the bill but not with that drastic difference. There is definitely a problem that isn’t right. Be careful when buying food here and...
Read moreI’ve had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant with family this evening. Moonshine was our waitress who was absolutely attentive, friendly, and humorous. My family ordered vegetables, veggie lo mein, house special singapore mei fun, house special fried rice, soft drinks, beer, rum and pineapple. The food was very tasty, prompt, and hot. We visited on a Wednesday evening where there was literally no customers besides our party. I have no complaints on the service and food. For it to be an Asian theme restaurant I would have expected the atmosphere to represent a more Asian decor with music, art work, and display set up like typical Asian establishments. However, Moonshine was the best and satisfied my party needs. Thank you moonshine for being so sweet, friendly, and welcoming with open arms!!! If you visit here ask for Moonshine and yes that is her actual name…😘 I took the liberty of posting pics of the menu since there is no menu of this restaurant online or on maps! Hopes this helps to...
