Do Not Buy Häagen-Dazs at MovieTowne – Save Your Money!
I strongly advise against visiting the Häagen-Dazs location at MovieTowne. The service is consistently poor — the staff, mostly young women, are unfriendly and carry a noticeable attitude. A group of us visited this past Saturday to treat ourselves after completing a 5K run, and we were met with cold, unwelcoming faces.
When we asked for samples, the staff looked visibly annoyed. I even brought someone who had never tried Häagen-Dazs before, and when we asked about the flavors, there was hesitation and no real effort to explain anything. It felt like we were inconveniencing them.
To make matters worse, the seating area was dirty — the chairs had visible stains and looked unclean. For the high prices Häagen-Dazs charges, this level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable.
If you're looking for a weekend family ice cream outing, skip this place. You're better off buying Häagen-Dazs at the grocery or visiting Dreamy Creamery — better service, better vibe, and way more...

These employees are already under paid, but at least they should have the respect of a decent healthy workplace and not one with buckets trying to catch the rainwater pouring in to the booth. This is a major health disaster already in the making for respiratory diseases from...
