I've been here a few times and I order the same drink all the time and each time it does not taste the same, and not in a good way. I think the most recent time it tasted like sweet water with ice unfortunately and at the current prices, I find it unacceptable. However, it appears to be just this location because the one in Ellerslie Plaza made it great and I've never had a bad experience with that location. Apart from this, the ambiance and friendliness of the rep taking your order is great. They have the patience for newcomers as well.
