Naked Cafe — Restaurant in Port of Spain

I’ve been a loyal customer of Naked Café for almost two years, and here’s why I love them: Healthy and Tasty – Their salads are unbeatable! I can’t replicate the flavor at home no matter how hard I try. Improved Wait Times – The improvement in order turnover is amazing. I remember waiting 45 minutes once, but now it’s a quick 5 minutes max! Portion Sizes – While the protein portions have decreased slightly, the meals are still well-balanced and filling. Smoothies – I haven’t had one in a while, but they’re absolutely delicious and one of my favorites. Customer Service – No matter how busy the staff are, they’re always friendly. Once, I introduced a colleague to Naked, and when we didn’t realize the sauce had a cost, the manager graciously gave it to us for free. She said, ‘$5 vs. a new customer,’ and it was such a thoughtful gesture! Cleanliness – The café is always bright, spotless, and free of flies or other nuisances. Extended Hours – They now stay open until 5 PM, which means I can grab dinner too. Yay!

My favorite meal recommendations: Green Goddess, Almond-Crusted Chicken, and Balsamic Vinaigrette!

Other recommendations: Broccoli, zaataar roasted potatoes, cauliflower and tofu

Really tasty food and good quality. The vegan pelau is amazing. I called two hours before arrival as I did not want it to sell out and they had faith and did not give away my order, which I am thankful.

Could improve if they had at least one indoor seating, I think if they changed the layout slightly they would be able to at least fit a breakfast bar inside seeing as at some part of the restaurant looks empty and it is very hot to sit outside, especially with no shade and sun facing the direction of the outdoor seating.

The menu has healthy options and food tastes really good but they can’t get their service together. You can try to call or what’sapp your order but that sometimes won’t help you - you’re going to have to wait. If they sort out their service/ ordering protocols - they would do a lot better.
