2nd time around trying them and boy i was stunned. Ordered a medium done B.M.T burger (10oz beef) and you know the saying "full like ah macajuel?!"...well "ninja-itis" hit me after i finished. Wasn't that famished but i am comin back to put down that Mampee! AAAND, on top of that 10 oz, it's loaded with cheese, chilli, chips, all kinda ting unlike their black cart "detour clothes brand" neighbor a few spaces down, whose menu indicated a pricier offering and 2ozs less...BUT daiz just for the patty and bun ALONE! Yuh hadda pay fuh toppings...which includes cheese. TF. I always thought cheese was standard and you pay for additional, pine, eggs, bacon bla.bla.bla ... look where we reach. Condiments issa separate charge too orr or slight pepper is standard and yuh hadda pay extra for heavy? ...AAAnyhow, lewwe doh stray from the BigManTing burger. For $65, you definitely get your dollars worth and it tastes good with its unique toppings! Hol' on, brb, emptyin my guts to make space for that...

The service was warm and inviting but that's where the pluses end. The burger I ordered was not as advertised. The bread (may have been homemade) but tasted and looked mass produced and was un- toasted so it became soggy and fell apart. Was excepting a 10oz patty but got 2 5oz patties stacked on each other in a huge soggy bun. There was no lettuce available so the only other toppings to add texture was onions and nachos chips both of which I didn't want on my burger. My overall impression of the burger was that it was overly salty with a soggy bun and no other flavor than a hint of sweetness from the few pineapple pieces I got. For $60 I was greatly disappointed. Am all for buying local but when I can get a better tasting and cheaper burger at wendy's. Up...

I would just like to point out the lack of customer service received today. I called in to find out the price of the hot dogs, the individual on the phone proceeded to inform me that they do not know the price of the items and left it at that. Firstly I cannot believe someone working at this establishment is not aware of the prices of the products that they sell, in addition I am baffled that they didn’t at least offer to check the prices, or even for me to call back after giving them some time to confirm the prices.
