The sometimes stale pastries were forgiven. Sometimes Opening a half an hour later than stated time was forgiven . Not even having all the pastries out until maybe an hour or so after stated time was also forgiven .....
However, ....The degree of curtness and rudeness with the service is atrocious!
The little bit of patience required when a customer is simply attempting to double check the order when they're confused about a mix up or no is met with a 0 to 60 level of defensiveness and rudeness that makes it difficult to believe that the staff even understand a basic level of human kindness and manners !
