The sometimes stale pastries were forgiven. Sometimes Opening a half an hour later than stated time was forgiven . Not even having all the pastries out until maybe an hour or so after stated time was also forgiven .....

However, ....The degree of curtness and rudeness with the service is atrocious!

The little bit of patience required when a customer is simply attempting to double check the order when they're confused about a mix up or no is met with a 0 to 60 level of defensiveness and rudeness that makes it difficult to believe that the staff even understand a basic level of human kindness and manners !

It's an awful way for already stressed and overworked students to...

I would like to commend the staff at Linda's UWI branch, particularly Tricia. I made a purchase on the 5th of December and accidently left my purse on the counter and only realized many hours later that I did not have it. This morning I went back to retrieve it, and it was exactly how I had left it. Tricia informed me she tried to get in contact with me via social media and kept it safe until I could come back for it. The products are still good quality but the girl at the register needs customer service training. She was both abrasive and curt. When I come to a bakery the last thing i need is abrupt staff and unfriendly interaction. You need to do a retraining to enhance your customer contact and to ensure pleasant customer outlook. Good bread and pastries may not be enough to get my repeat business. Bear...
