Torii sushi restaurant — Restaurant in Maghreb

I It’s funny how this place says it closes at 12:00am, yet you’ll still be waiting for your food well past that. We arrived around 10:30pm and didn’t get our food until midnight and the restaurant wasn’t even busy (just us and about four other people).

The waiting time was over 2 hours, and the servers were clearly unqualified—slow to take orders, constantly confused, and unorganized. After we complained about the wait and the food quality, they tried to offer us free food… which they actually brought before our actual order. When we asked about our meals, they casually told us there’s only one person in the kitchen and that he “wants to make food look aesthetic.”

By the time my plate finally came, I was too frustrated to even enjoy it. And to top it off they don’t accept card payments. It’s 2025… who even carries that much...

I dont think i’ve ever been disappointed in a restaurant as much as this place. Dont be fooled by the aesthetic and calm atmosphere when you get there, because soon enough they’re gonna have loud music playing (Im talking disturbingly loud) and they will not lower it even when you ask. But no worry with the loud noise comes terribly slow service and below mediocre food. When I say slow, Im not saying 30 minutes, its a 3 hours wait so make sure to clear your schedule. Any normal restaurant would apologise for this kind of service but of course we had to deal with the rude paying staff (I kind of understand since he had to stay over an hour after closing time but that was thanks to the chef). All in all I would advise the owner/manager to take a break and figure out their issues before it turns even more catastrophic for...
