Restaurant Dar Baya — Restaurant in Sousse

I had a very bad experience and unpleasant memory at this restaurant.

The waiter was not fluent in English and insisted on speaking French. He stared at me like a goat when I got upset. Then another waiter, who understood English, came, and I was able to place my order with him.

There were two of us, and we ordered two meals. One meal was served shortly, while the second one arrived 15 minutes later. I called the waiter several times and complained because we wanted to eat together, but these idiots brought one meal and not the other, ruining our mood.

When we complained, they responded very rudely.

I asked for Coca-Cola Zero three times, but they ignored me, so I had to go to the fridge myself and take it.

Overall, despite the average quality of the food, this restaurant is not suitable for lunch or dinner due to its crowding and the unresponsiveness of the staff. They will ruin...

Very friendly and kind service from the girl who served me. She can speak little English and with the menu in Arabic she can explain what they have on the menu on that day. I paid only 20 dinar for the grilled fish and on top she offered me a bowl of couscous without extra charges. This is my second time trying the couscous and it was really delicious compared to my first time experience. Thank you and I wish them success ( seem that the restaurant is newly open and consists of a young team )...
