Crepes Factory "La Marsa" — Restaurant in Tunis

I got a question for all of you (the client and the owner ) I did a delivery of 5 crepes where in the picture of glovos is stuffed with cheese in the inside and outside but when the crepes arrived it had nothing in the outside no decorating in the inside they were barely even cheese and tuna . We called the delivery man who delivery our crepes he said that he don't know what happened and he didn't open the food then we called the restaurant and they didn't answer we called they 20 times and no answer then PLS EXPLEM US WHAT HAPPENED BECAUSE EVERY BODY GOT THERE CREPES WITH A COOL DECORATION AND STUFFED AND OURS HAD NOTHING WE PAID 60+DINARS FOR 5...

We loved it. The food is very tasty, big portions with lots of filling. The choclate dough of the waffle was awesome. The staff was friendly and the prices fair. The waiting time was maybe a bit long but considering the result (taste + presentation) it was more than worth...

Un emplacement idéal gâché par une expérience décevante. La salade mal nettoyée (avec du sable), les sauces excessives et inutiles, ainsi qu’un service digne d’un fast-food, ternissent le potentiel du lieu. Pour le prix des crêpes, un service à table avec de vrais couverts serait un minimum attendu.

Avec un emplacement aussi stratégique à La Marsa, et une clientèle variée d’expats et de Tunisiens, le concept pourrait être largement amélioré. Actuellement : cher, peu accueillant, et loin d’être...
