Sono stata una cliente abituale di questo posto e progressivamente mi sono sempre più allontanata, nonostante mi sarebbe comodo, essendo poco distante dall’istituto in cui insegno.. Ogni volta ho avuto l’impressione di essere sottilmente presa in giro dal responsabile di sala, che sembra forzatamente gentile, a mio parere con una malcelata ostilità. Ma quello che è successo ieri l’ho trovato davvero intollerabile. Dopo aver provato ad ordinare due piatti presenti sul menù ma non disponibili, chiedo se fosse possibile avere un primo proposto sulla carta a 25 dt, con un formato di pasta differente, presente in altri piatti. Mi viene risposto di sì. Ovviamente avevo previsto il pagamento di un supplemento, anche se solitamente, nei posti in cui si è clienti, questo supplemento è un prezzo simbolico. La porzione era piccola e composta prevalentemente da salsa. Con mia grande sorpresa, al momento del conto vedo che il supplemento applicato sul prezzo era di 20 dinari, facendo salire il prezzo del mio piatto a 45 dinari. Un aumento dell’80% del prezzo, di cui oltretutto non ero stata informata anticipatamente. Trovando questo gesto commercialmente inaccettabile, faccio subito notare al gestore che l’aumento mi sembrano eccessivo. Come risposta mi sento dire , con l’abituale sorriso e la solita malcelata ostilità, che il piatto era stato preparato espressamente per me. “ A été fait exprès pour vous » Dopo essermi sentita ancora una volta dileggiata, ho pagato il conto e sono andata via in silenzio ma visibilmente contrariata. Sarà sicuramente l’ultima volta che metto piede in questo ristorante perché penso che l’accoglienza, le vere buone maniera e la qualità del servizio siano essenziali per avere...
