This week I stayed at hotel Le Consul in Tunis and was pleasantly surprised. You can make your reservations through Expedia and I highly recommend the hotel for business travelers; it is fairly new, very clean, the staff is very friendly and the owner Mr. Khaled is always making sure that everything is all right. They offer safe and comfortable transportation to and from the airport for a reasonable price (much better than taking a cheaper taxi) and it has excellent security at the entrance and cameras in the common areas. ||||The rooms are super comfortable, with flat-screen TVs, and very quiet (They have double windows so you are not disturbed by the noise in the street). A nice surprise was the affordable spa with very good massages and a small but hardly used sauna. ||||Breakfast is included and for a reasonable cost you can have lunch or dinner with a large selection of Tunisian or international food. The staff is nice and very helpful and they aim to please. If you have a special request just ask. ||||Overall I would stay here again if I return and recommend this place to anyone traveling on...
