Terrible experience. Upon reading the bill, I found out I was charged a price that was different from the one listed in the menu. I mentioned it to the waiter who argued that there is a new menu with updated prices. I calmly said he cannot charge me a price that is different from the menu I was given. He talked to his manager who looked at me with contempt and ignored me and my request. This is unacceptable behavior for a restaurant in a hotel claiming to be 5 stars. Nice restaurant with a good view. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by poor allergy control.

Someone in our group is coeliac and must avoid any food with gluten in it. We communicated this to the waiting staff in English, French and Arabic, and they indicated which items on the menu could be made gluten free.

They then brought out the bread course and proudly announced that a plate with some dips and four pieces of bread was gluten free.

Unfortunately, after eating the bread, the waiter informed us that it was in fact not...

Really delicious restaurant with great views. We had excellent service, a free starter was given to everyone at lunch. You can see the chefs cooking in the open kitchen and it smelled divine with the fresh roasting garlic and butter used on the fresh seafood.
