Arrived with my wife the 24th of July at 15h00.||I booked through booking.com a Junior Suite for 2 nights ||1/ The 4 stars Hotel does not have a private parking, just a public non secured one on the main avenue when most of the night clubs and bars are located.||2/ The security guard an old guy was impolite asking me to move immediately my car in front of the hôtel at the time I was discharging my bags from the car.||3/ The receptionist: was really rude. He did not ask for our IDs. ( Security issue )||The price for 2 nights was 769 TND breakfast and all taxes included .. but he was asking for TND 880, I did not accept to pay and I showed him the booking.com invoice then he accepted , I gave him 800 TND cash but he didn't want to return the balance amount, he was looking to deduct the tips by himself.||4/ finally, I have got room 200 , was not the junior suite as per booking.com photo, sofa was missing, safe was missing, the floor was very dirty, the Air Conditioner was not cooling the room and a thee room was smelling very bad.||5/ The view of the junior suite we have booked through booking.com was supposed to be on the sea and mountain, unfortunately it was just a very tiny view to the sea. There is a small balcony but we do not have an access to the terrasse.||6/ we have asked the evening receptionist for the breakfast timing and he confirmed from 7am to 10:30 am, so the next day we arrived to the corridor and not even a restaurant where they placed 4 small tables for the breakfast at 10 am sharp , but the receptionist who is almost managing the entire hotel told us in a very rude way, no you are late so there's no breakfast.. I was furious and I told him , I will need a breakfast now otherwise I will contact the Office of Tourism in Tunisia and make a complaint, then they decided to bring to my room the breakfast in order to hide it from other guests....||7/ We could not sleep until 2 am due to the loud music from the night club.||8/ There is no respect of COVID protocol. No single employee is wearing the mask.||9/ Again the 26th at 9am , I have requested the room service to provide me with the breakfast to my room because I really did not pay for a Junior Suite to get my breakfasts in a very small area at the corridor without the COVID distance respect, but they requested extra chargers of TND 40 per person in order to bring it to my room, and of course I was out of my mind and finally I have received the poor quality of breakfast in my room after a very long discussion...||||I do not recommend at all this hôtel and I will definitely inform the Tunisian...

So we didn’t let them decor the place for us.||The manager (I don’t really know her task there) promised me a room so i can prepare myself there , and ofcourse she didn’t do that, only lies and manipulations.||||3 days before my wedding she called us to let us know that she needs a list of the people invited (she has no right to ask for it) and that we are not able to bring the singer that we already made a contract with. ||And the day of our wedding she tells us that the dj ( we ended up bringing a dj) should only play music for an hour. ||How can she do this 3 days before our wedding and the day of my wedding too??||||Anyway too many other lies and manipulations to dig for some more money that i chose not to talk about.||||I booked the best suite they have and paid for it, when i first entered i saw that it was not fairly clean, the floor is disgusting, the shower was not clean, in the toilet there was a half used toilet paper only, and most importantly the AC doesn’t work , so i had to get ready and put makeup on a very hot august day . ||||I had friends who stayed the night there too , they paid more than the fixed price of the bangalo ( they do not know the original price) and the room was horrible (broken shower handle, no AC and moreeeee...)||||To summarize it was horrible, unprofessional, non trusty manager, only lies, gold digging and a FAKE big image thanks to instagram and her IG...
