Ten11 Lounge alanya — Restaurant in Alanya

Worst food and worst service ever. The only nice thing I have to say is, that the view was amazing.

We ordered 3 burgers, which they apparently don’t know how to make, so we were forced to choose something else from the menu. The waiter was so impolite and disrespectful. When one of my family members wanted to change what she ordered, she asked if he already did tell the chef her order. He told her that her order was not delivered in the kitchen, but when she told him she wanted to change it, he hit himself in the head and took a deep breath. So impolite.

Furthermore they change you for the water, which they just put in your glasses without asking + they have very high prices for food I wouldn’t recommend anyone....

Wait time for the food was two hours, despite there being noone else at the restaurant. Tables and utensils were dirty. Do not order burgers, as the menu has wrong pictures and the chef doesn't know how to make them. (Ordered a burger, which on the image showed 3 patties, cheese, tomatoes and lettuce. However what arrived had two patties and cheese, nothing else. The chef even had to ask the server how to make it.) However the service was great and the staff were friendly and as a compensation we were offered free drinks for the long waiting time. At the end, calculating with the correct exchange rate, price should've come to 105.5€, but we were...

Das ist meine Geschichte zum Blackmoon: Wir wollten spazieren gehen und eine Kleinigkeit essen und wurden, wie an vielen Ecken in Alanya, angesprochen. Aber hier wurde uns nicht zu viel versprochen! Aussicht: Die Aussicht auf den den Hafen reicht von der Festung bis in die Berge, also mehr als 180° Aussicht! Die beste Aussicht im Hafen von Alanya - wir haben verglichen. Atmosphäre: Entspannt! Keine Laute Party, sondern entspannte Lounge-Musik. Das ist die perfekte Auswahl, um zum wichtigsten Punkt zu kommen: Essen: Wir hatten zwei verschiedene Steaks, mit Pfeffer- und mit Pilzsoße. Und die Komposition war VIEL BESSER, als erwartet. Das Fleisch war auf den Punkt gegart, aber auch alle anderen Zutaten waren auf den Punkt. Viel besser als erwartet und für den Preis sensationell. Gehobene Küche zum kleinen Preis.

Zu guter Letzt haben wir uns sehr angenehm mit dem Besitzer unterhalten. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung auf dieser Seite der Festung!

Meine Empfehlung zum Dessert: Kunefe mit Eis. Süß und salzig....
