LA LUNA STEAK & FISH RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Alanya

Two years in a row in Alanya and La Luna never disappointed us. Amazing food super fresh and delicious, great service and good prices considering the location. The only thing that really bothered me was that there was a huge gap between quality and service between evening and afternoon. We used to eat in the afternoon there and it all tasted fresh and the waiter was very friendly, eating there yesterday evening was just plain uncomfortable since they all seemed to be overwhelmed and bothered by us being there, the waiter forgot about us, we had no dips, the burger tasted heated up and fell apart the first bite, not going to lie really recommend the omelette, noodles, pizza and burger, but only if you intend on eating in the afternoon. Offering the person who was not that disappointed a mixed fruit plate for free won't change a thing and telling that you know about the problem if a customer confronts you with the issue of you being better in the afternoon is truly a little weird. I was out eating with a colleague of mine. We ordered the Chateaubriand, a glass of red wine, a glass of white wine and a bottle of water. The wine was perfect for this dish. The even came and poured water in our glasses, when they seemed to be empty, so that’s an incredible service! The dish was perfectly cooked and it was so good, even with any of the sauces served for us. I had a tiramisu after the main course, but the tiramisu somehow got frozen in the middle. I told it to our waiter, where he actually apologized so many times and even asked me, if I wanted a new one. I had eaten half of the tiramisu and because it was frozen in the middle, he wouldn’t charge any money for it.

That was the only negative thing, that the tiramisu was frozen in the middle, but the way the were servicing other people, and how polite they were, I would even recommend this place to my worst enemy. It’s so good - definitely not last time I’m...

Me and my partner visited la Luna to just have drinks one evening whilst we were on holiday. We looked at the menu and the manager offered us a special discount if we came back for dinner one evening. The menu looked lovely so we agreed. They also offered a collection service which we thought was fantastic. After being picked up from the hotel and taken to the restaurant, a waiter greeted us and opened the doors for us. He showed us to our table on the balcony which was absolutely gorgeous. When we sat down they laid flowers on the table and poured us drinks. Overall the service was fantastic and the staff extremely friendly. The food was absolutely to die for. There was no fault throughout the whole night and was the best restaurant experience I've had. I want to send a massive thank you to all the gents that looked after us that night and know that if we are ever visiting the area again, we will definitely be...
