extremely polite staff Like over-the-top polite! Having a coffee is more than just drinking it, it is a whole experience that includes staff, quality of food/sweets, and the drink all to gather. And this place had it all.

About the cakes, they are pretty famous for their cheesecakes, and it was pretty amazing. The texture and taste were very very good and it was freshly baked.

We have a slice of chees cake, Lime cup which was also wonderful tasting, An espresso that was great And two American coffees. The service was amazing. And again, very polite and helpful

Great variety of cakes and sweets to have beside your drink. They sell coffee beans also.

Give this place a visit and you will become addicted to it.

The atmosphere was also a high point of this place, well-lit and a great spot to chill alone or with friends.

MOİ AVM Viyana Kahvesi – Fıstıklı San Sebastian Cheesecake ve Pera Tatlısı Deneyimi

Galata Viyana Kahvesi’nde daha önce deneyimlediğim çikolatalı San Sebastian Cheesecake’in ardından, aynı işletmenin MOİ AVM şubesinde bu kez fıstıklı San Sebastian Cheesecake’i deneme fırsatım oldu. Dokusuyla ve fıstıklı tadıyla dikkat çeken bu cheesecake, çikolatalı versiyonu kadar iddialıydı. Üzerinde çikolata sosu yerine hafif tatlılıkta bir fıstık marmeladı bulunuyordu; bu küçük dokunuş, cheesecake’e asla baymayan bir kıvam kazandırmış. Fıstık parçaları ise ağıza gelecek büyüklükte bırakılmış ve tatlıya hoş bir çıtırlık katıyordu. Açıkçası hangisini daha çok sevdiğime karar vermekte zorlanıyorum – ikisi de kendine has, lezzet dolu deneyimler sunuyor.

Mekân ve Atmosfer

MOİ AVM Viyana Kahvesi geniş, ferah bir ortama sahip; AVM’lerde görmeye alışık olduğumuz tarzda, zengin ve şık bir dekorasyonla donatılmış. Bu ortamda otururken hem rahat hissediyorsunuz hem de mekânın modern dokunuşlarının keyfini çıkarıyorsunuz.

Pera Tatlısı

Yanında denediğim Pera tatlısı ise San Sebastian kadar etkileyici değildi. Üzeri şekerleme ve çikolata parçalarıyla kaplıydı; fakat çikolata kısmı puding benzeri bir yapıya sahipti, altta kalan kek ise biraz kuru kaldığı için tadı dengelenememiş gibiydi. Belki bu tatlı da bazı damaklara hitap edebilir, fakat bana göre San Sebastian’ın ustalıkla dengelenmiş yapısının biraz...

I used to be a big fan of this chain, having first discovered it in Galata and enthusiastically recommending it to my network. Unfortunately, my recent visits have been disappointing—the desserts no longer taste the same, and the coffee fails to reflect the brand’s original mission.
