Ramada Encore by Wyndham Istanbul Basin Express — Hotel in Küçükçekmece

A small hotel but a good one. I liked a few things about this hotel. The location is very good in my opinion. What I liked about the location is its proximity to the Mall Of Istanbul and also the Istanbul Airport. It's a little far away from the center of Istanbul, namely Taqseem, but the fast metro-bus station is a few minutes away from the hotel. I liked the breakfast. It's pretty simple but has a lot of varieties that suit many tastes. You'll have the fruits, the dried fruits, olives, honey, jams and marmalade, bread, eggs, juices, tea and coffee, vegetables like tomatoes and cucumbers, and more. I'd love to see them add nuts and fresh juices. The lobby is ok. Nothing fancy but practical. The room is fine for a 4 star. It's not large but not tiny either. The room has everything you'll need. 2 Cheerios, a table, a counter with international electric sockets, a free and coffee maker, a nice TV work plenty of channels. I wished they have a National Geographic and some English movie channel. The bathroom is small but has everything. I liked they toilet cover. A little touch of class. The rooms will be even more attractive for a romantic couple I guess. The internet is mostly reasonable but sometimes slow. I don't know why. Their check in and out are pretty fast and courteous. I also used their meeting room and it was reasonably efficient and ok. Their price is also ok. One thing I didn't like about this hotel. I booked a room with breakfast. But they told me it wasn't. I had to show them my confirmation to get a free breakfast. The same happened to 2 other guests. Is that a conference? I hope so. Otherwise I...

I would have given zero star if I could!!|Do not book this hotel at all!!|We booked this hotel for our honeymoon, when we received the room at 10pm we ordered room service right after as we had a very long trip, while we have been waiting for our order, meanwhile when we wanted to take shower or use the washroom, we found out that our room was super dirty and it was not cleaned at all, bedsheet was full of hair, toilet haven't get cleaned for months clearly; with a long hair on top of it, when we called them, they said we are fully booked however we can give you a room (which was equipped with 2 singles!!!) as we don't have housekeeping at this time!!! How ridiculous? We went to check the other room, it was clean but no shampoo or shower gel at the shower!!!|While shifting from room 1 to room 2 we looked down the hallway where you could see lobby from any floor, we saw room service walking around the lobby with our food no lid!!!!! When he came to our room, we asked him why there was no lid for pasta or pizza he said this is how we serve! How is this even hygienic? The food was super cold, he told us that while you were moving, i heated your food twice and now if its cold i need to heat it one more time, so 3 times being heated???? Are you joking me??||We got our room tomorrow noon time, (the first room with deep clean as per staff) and guess what? It is still dirty!!! This hotel doesn't have any standard of cleanliness or service, they charge you for nothing, we would never ever come back to this...
