Mado — Restaurant in Başakşehir

Don’t go here if you don’t speak Turkish. The staff discriminate. They ripped us off and claimed they threw our receipt when we asked for it. They served us two portions instead of one, so we declined the second portion. After that, the staff gave us looks while discussing with one another. Finally, they charged us for both even if we didn’t even get order or take the second portion! The waitress had the guts to tell me that my mom already brought it out as a takeout which did not even happen at all since we didnt even get our hands on that item. I like Mado. It is one of the best patisserie/cafe franchises in Turkey. However I didn't like this one much. All their outside sittings are for smokers. There were a lot of cigarette buds on the floor and in the garden. Not a good sight for a restaurant. We ordered breakfast and they brought bread 10 minutes after they brought the breakfast.
