I recently visited Moi Park with my daughter, who has special needs, and I am deeply disappointed with the way we were treated. It is with great regret that I have to write this review to warn other families with special needs children about the lack of understanding and mistreatment we experienced.

Upon arrival, we were denied entry to (Macera Evi) due to my daughter's height(145CM), despite her having played there before without any issues. We explained her special condition to the employee, hoping for empathy and understanding, but instead, they insisted on contacting the manager. We had to wait for 20 minutes for the manager to arrive, during which my daughter became increasingly upset and distressed.

Even after explaining my daughter's needs and our previous experiences, the manager reiterated the height restriction policy, causing my daughter to become even more distraught. Finally, after my daughter's emotional state had escalated significantly, they allowed her entry but only on the condition that I closely supervise her (which I don't mind but I should mention again that she played in it before, and nothing happened she is used to playing in there)

Furthermore, the employee in charge of the children followed my daughter around, which only heightened her stress and anger. When I asked the employee to stop following her and it will make my daughter more stressed. Then she asked me if my daughter hits children ????!! .My daughter is different, yes, but she is not "crazy," Moi Park should hire staff who are trained and professional enough to handle situations involving special needs children.

To make matters worse, throughout this whole ordeal, nobody from Moi Park apologized to us. My daughter was left stressed and sad the entire day because of what happened.

There was a really kind employee before who understood the situation fast and let us in without these problems.

All this situation wouldn't happen if the employ had enough sympathy and knowledge of special needs children

Our visit to Moi Park was nothing short of a nightmare. I hope this review serves as a warning to other families with special needs children and prompts Moi Park to address these issues and become an inclusive and welcoming place for all visitors.
