Günaydın Köfte & Döner Mall Of İstanbul — Restaurant in Başakşehir

I came from England, I couldn’t decide where to eat between shopping so I chose this place. Terrible choice, food was ok, not the best but ok. But‼️ but the staff is awful, because i don’t speak Turkish and they don’t speak English I tried to explain that in want 3 meals of different food , they put 2 of the meals on one plate, all mixed and they didn’t give me the 3rd meal, they said everything I paid is on my plate, but I paid 3 meals, I paid over 1200 Turkish lira for one plate of food, all mixed there. I tried to explain I’m missing something and they said I have everything on my plate, a small plate. And they are not smiling, no friendly at all , they weren’t interested to come and check what I ordered and what they gave me because my order was wrong, no class. Was all mixed in my plate, like animals food. Never come back there. Staff is awful. Don’t eat there ❌‼️ I’m Romanian , we are friendly with Turkish people in Romania , why they can’t be the same to us when we visit Turkey?...

You can find Ayran along with soft drinks and juices.

The salad bar is ok and fresh but not rich with herbal and vegetable options.

The kebab is full of fat and legamants and hard fat which are apparent and you will chew.

Kebbeh is too oily and can be abit spicy for some people.

Service is quick but again its your problem that you don't...

We had a great experience at Günaydın in Mall of İstanbul. We ordered several dishes including Cızbız köfte, kuru fasulye, stuffed peppers, rice with chickpeas and chicken, along with ayran and salad bar. Everything was fresh and delicious.
