WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Waiters are not helpful or patient!! They are very very unprofessional they don’t help us with the menu and didn’t recommend anything!! We are a group of six people we came here to change atmosphere.. we were excited to come!! First we ordered 2 burgers but he refused to put cheese in our burger and he said the chef does like to put cheese because he doesn’t like the taste!! This should be our preference not the chefs reference or the waiter!!! We ordered two hummus and the waiter brought it on the table and he didn’t even mention that it is not served with bread!! He should mention to the customer so we also know that we should order with bread!! Anyways we ordered the bread and the waiter gave us attitude and was mad because we were asking for the bread multiple times and we gave the right to do so because they took forever!! The bread came and the bread wasn’t even fresh it’s like a rock!!! Anyways after all the attitude we asked to talk to the manger ALI or the supervisor or I don’t know what’s his real position cause we asked for a manger and he’s not even suitable to be a manger due to the way he spoke to us!! He was very disrespectful and he accused us to be wrong instead of apologizing and giving us our needs and teaching the waiter the right way to server… I also told Ali I will be reviewing and he said review the truth!! He is accusing me of lying while off course I will say the truth I won’t get anything out of it then telling my experience!!! And it was horrible also one comment no one on the restaurant smiles the environment is not welcoming there are so many places next door so if it’s an option I would go...

I’ve been coming to The Market Bosphorus for over 8 years, and until now, it’s always been a place I could count on for great food and solid service. But my visit on Monday, July 28, 2025, starting at 10:00 PM was the worst experience I’ve ever had here, and it was entirely due to the woman host on duty that night in blue dress.

From the moment we arrived, she treated us with complete disrespect. She didn’t greet us, didn’t guide us, didn’t help us in any way, and seemed more interested in attending to select guests she apparently favored. My group was ignored and made to feel like a burden rather than welcomed patrons.

What was even more unacceptable was how she completely ignored my cousin, not even addressing or acknowledging him. We were left waiting at our table for no clear reason, with no communication or courtesy shown.

I’ve never seen this host before in all my years of dining here, but her attitude was shocking—she acted like she owned the place. For a venue that charges premium prices and usually delivers a top-tier experience, she was a terrible representation of your brand.

The servers were still polite and the food was as good as always, but this kind of front-of-house behavior can ruin everything—and it did. If this is the direction your service is going, you will lose loyal customers like myself.
