Overall, an insufficient experience. The waiter was not professional. After I had ordered, he assumed that the pizza was to be shared and took away the menu from my girlfriend. I then had to stop him from walking away and explain him that my girlfriend would also like to order her food. The salad was extremely salty and the main course (sous-vide chicken) and the plate was cold. I had to send back the chicken and got it heated up. Unacceptable if you want to be at that level of gastronomy. The Diavola pizza was literally sucuk. It had nothing to do with the characteristics of spicy salami which would be in a Diavola. The pizza dough was very successfull. I reserved many weeks in advance and did not get a table with a view. For that table in the middle of the restaurant, it would not have been necessary to make a reservation. Complete disappointment. After telling this to the staff, they said I should have mentioned in the reservation that I wanted a table with a view. There was no indication that this would have been necessary or required. I recently visited Visorante for a birthday celebration, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. We ordered Margarita pizza and a pepperoni pizza( forgot the name) both were delicious and definitely the stars of the menu. We also tried the chicken steak, which unfortunately fell short as it was quite bland and lacked flavor. So won’t recommend. The mac and cheese friend ordered was tasty, but the portion size was quite small, not really enough for one person.

The ambiance was lovely, and the staff was very cooperative and polite, adding a warm touch to the experience. However, since we went for dinner, it was quite dimly lit, making it difficult to capture good photos without flash. I’d recommend visiting during the day to enjoy the beautiful, Instagram-worthy setting with better lighting. This spot is perfect for couple dates and cozy gatherings.

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The manager who was handling everything treated us with complete disrespect and acted in a very unprofessional manner. We had already called in advance to reserve a specific table for two people, but she refused to give us the table, claiming it was for three guests only — even though the place was not full. To make it worse, just 20 minutes later, she gave that exact same table to another couple of two people.

We were planning to celebrate , but this ruined the surprise and completely spoiled our evening. To be fair, the waiters were excellent and the food was outstanding, but because of the manager’s behavior, we left with a very negative impression.
