great red velvet cake (rich, dense, and moist yet not overpoweringly sweet), tasty flat white (liked the fact that I was asked what type of milk I preferred, one doesn’t hear this asked frequently enough in Istanbul). The seating area outside is well canopied, shielding seated guests from the blistering sun. Ample cozy and intimate seating upstairs should one choose interior space. Orders picked by customers at the counter, I was informed to listen for the ring of the hotel-styled concierge bell, which is refreshingly quaint yet lovely. I tried to leave a tip on the card and it seemed to be a complicated event. Finally, some overseas cards are not accepted, local currency is advised (although I don’t imagine they would be against accepting Fx). I had been here once a year ago with a photographer friend of mine on a busy weekend evening and the cafe was filled to the brim with customers. Whether the location has a W/C or not is unbeknownst to me (I did not need one during either of my short visits). On the whole: a great location if one so desires to support local businesses and keep their money from large chains which are known to underpay both coffee farmers and baristas. #Keep_It_Local

Accidentally got to this place in Karaköy, while every coffee place was busy. This cafe was busy as well, but we could find a spare place here to sit and drink a cup of coffee/tea. The cappuccino was nice. The quality of the coffee didn't disappoint. But apple+ginger tea was weird: hot water, ginger, and apple slices. I guess it would be good to add the part "tea" to this combo. Black or green. Also, this is not only a coffee place but an amazing book store with a wide variety of books in English and some cute stuff. As in all Türkiye you will find a cats here. Absolutely cozy atmosphere. Ans don't think this place is small, there is a few more floors. On the second floor absolutely lovely table with swings :) also there is self service. So you need to wait for your order, and then go to your table. Nice place to visit in Karaköy:)

Filbox Coffee Shop is an absolute gem in the world of caffeine havens. From the moment you step through the door, you're welcomed by the tantalizing aroma of freshly brewed coffee that promises a delightful experience. The ambiance is a perfect blend of cozy and contemporary, making it an ideal spot for both work and leisure.

The coffee here is nothing short of exceptional. Their baristas are true artisans, crafting each cup with precision and care. Whether you prefer a classic cappuccino or a trendy cold brew, Filbox consistently delivers a rich, robust flavor that's sure to please even the most discerning palate.

What sets Filbox apart is their commitment to quality. They source their beans responsibly, and it shows in every sip. The variety of coffee options, including single-origin beans, ensures there's something for every coffee aficionado.

But it's not just about the coffee; Filbox offers a delectable array of pastries and light bites to accompany your beverage. Their pastries are freshly baked and utterly scrumptious. The avocado toast is a must-try, and their homemade desserts are the perfect sweet ending to your visit.

The staff at Filbox Coffee Shop are not only skilled but also incredibly friendly. They're more than happy to provide recommendations and accommodate special requests, making you feel like a welcomed regular from your very first visit.

Whether you're seeking a quiet space to work, a cozy nook for a date, or just a great cup of coffee, Filbox Coffee Shop ticks all the boxes. In an era of generic chain cafes, it's a true standout, offering an authentic coffee experience that's hard to come by. Filbox is a place where the art of coffee meets warm hospitality, and it's a must-visit for anyone in search of a top-tier coffee shop experience.

Thanks Anas for the good time...
