Meihao Beef Noodles is a hidden gem in Fatih for anyone craving authentic Chinese beef noodle soup. The restaurant is simple and modest in design, but what it lacks in decor, it makes up for in flavor.

We tried their signature beef noodle soup, and it was rich, aromatic, and comforting—just like what you’d find in a traditional Chinese kitchen. The beef was tender, the broth had depth, and the handmade noodles were perfectly chewy. Portion sizes were generous and filling.

The menu also includes a small selection of other dishes like dumplings and stir-fries, which we found equally satisfying. Prices are reasonable for the quality and authenticity offered.

Staff speak limited English or Turkish, but they are kind and do their best to help. We used translation apps without much issue. Service was quick, and the food arrived hot and fresh.
