This was our favorite part of our trip to Turkey. I just want to preference that I’m very selective about my recommendations. It really was the highlight of our trip. The staff, atmosphere, food, and drinks are fantastic. I really want to thank Emir, Oznur, and Erkan for making this experience wonderful. We used WhatsApp to reserve 2 sun beds and to ask about a dinner reservation. They were fully booked for dinner so we were on the waitlist- luckily there was a cancellation and with the help of Emir, Oznur, and Erkan, we were able to dine with Mahal and it was a delight. So please book early- at least a week in advance because it’s definitely worth it! The wine and beer and cocktails are perfect. I’m very picky about cocktails but the cocktails here are very well balanced. Just follow Emir’s recommendations because all of his recommendations are excellent. We ordered the moussaka, salted sea bass, and chocolate dessert. Everything was perfect- especially the salted sea bass. I really wish we had more days to spend here. We will...
Read moreWe found our favorite beach club in Turkey! This place is an absolute hidden gem—so quiet, beautiful, and perfectly integrated with the stunning natural landscape.
The sunbeds are an amazing value, offering spectacular views and total privacy. The food is delicious and the service is impeccable, with super-friendly staff who made us feel so welcome.
It was so incredible that we came back three days in a row! We went at the end of July, and it never felt crowded. There are several platforms at different levels where you can dive right into the crystal-clear sea, with ladders to get back out and freshwater showers to rinse off. Plus, they provide clean towels with the sunbeds.
This is a must-visit! We highly recommend booking in advance to secure a great spot. We absolutely loved...
Read moreWe've been coming to Kalkan for years and have visited the Mahal Beach Club several times. To be honest, the Mahal Beach Club has the behavour with the entire townscape. People have been making good money in Kalkan for years, and in my opinion, some of the owners simply have maked to much money. This is reflected in everything. The prices are higher than in Europe, but the portions, especially the food, are getting smaller and smaller. Today we ate two Mahal Burgers that were so small I thought they were a joke. But unfortunately, it wasn't. The staff are all brand new, but that was definitely not their fault. They were all very kind and attentive. Thank you very much for that. I hope the owners wake up and finally start paying attention to decent value for...
