SushiCo — Restaurant in Kadıköy

Wanted the toro roll but had to settle for the maguro, which came out less than pink indicating that it’s probably less than fresh. If smelled ok so I ate it anyway and drowned it in wasabi and soy sauce just in case. My kids had a bento box and the salmon poke bowl which were ample and satisfactory. The poke bowl had a ridiculous amount of sushi rice. My daughter’s gyoza had barely any filling in them but she liked her exotic roll (mango and avocado) and edamame. Hard to mess those...

This is one of the best Asian Food restaurant in the area. Everything is amazing from the soups to the starters, from the appetizers to the main dishes. The sushi is perfect. All the food is fresh and prepared right there and then. The waiters are kind and helpful. I've had bad experiences with other SushiCo branches but this takes the crown for all the above reasons. We ordered a range of dishes which were all disappointing. The Thai style rice with pineapple and the beef noodles lacked flavour. The sweet and sour chicken is supposed to be a saucy dish however it had hardly any sauce, it was too dry. The lemongrass chicken wings were tiny and also lacked flavour.
