The staff is all young, professional and well trained. It seems that they have vision of what they want to deliver and achieve in their industry. The setting is intimate and the menu is compact/specialized.

10/10 on presentation 9/10 on taste 8/10 on wine pairing (I’m not a big fan of Turkish wines as they are a bit too strong/harsh tasting for me) 10/10 Attention to detail

I loved the vegetarian (smoked eggplant and vegetable tempura) appetizers. Vegetable tempura was crunchy but you could still taste the vegetables and it paired perfectly with the slightly acidic and herby yogurt sauce. Eggplant dish was probably smoked along with the yogurt sauce which was interesting. All ingredients on the dish were experimental, coherent and very well thought out.

We had sea-bass in the main course paired with Paşaeli white wine. This dish has a lot of potential and could be improved. I would like to see vegetarian options in the main course.

The service is okay but I wasn’t really impressed by the steak. It was fine but nothing special, maybe I needed more spices or something… wine list is big and there are some nice positions for good prices! The atmosphere is nice and very calm. It’s also not so crowded there so you can stay by your company and have good time I think it’s even not the best steaks in my life but I can admit that they are the best in Izmir🤷🏼‍♀️ Staff speaks...

İlk kez gideceğimizi belirterek 2 kişilik bir akşam yemeği rezervasyonu oluşturmuştum ve yeri güzel olan bir masa istemiştim. Yemeğe gittiğimizde bizi buzdolabının yanına oturttular. Masa değiştirmeyi çok düşündüm ancak başka boş masa yoktu, masa boşaldığında da bizim yemeklerimiz yeni gelmişti ve çalışanları yormak istemedim. Yan masamızda 4 veya 5 kişilik bir grup vardı ve oldukça sesli konuşuyorlardı arkadaşımla çok zor duyduk birbirimizi. Yemekler geldiğinde çok lezzetli görünüyorlardı. Ben bonfile (orta pişmiş) arkadaşım ise antrikot (az pişmiş) istedi. Yemeklerin lezzeti konusunda bir sorunum yok ancak bence şefin ayarlamış olduğu pişirme dereceleri normalden farklı gibiydi. Orta pişmiş istediğimiz bonfile az pişmişti, az pişmiş istediğimiz antrikot ise çok az pişmişti. Antrikotta çiğlik oldukça hissediliyordu. başka yerlerde de bu yemekleri yemiş birisi olarak pişirme derecelerini az buldum. Yemeklerin yanında gelenler, soslar, çalışanların nezaketi oldukça hoştu ancak bu kadar heyecanla ve beklentiyle gittiğim bir yerin bu kadar olumsuz gelmesi beni çok üzdü. Yine de her şey için...
